Pupil Premium (PP) Funding - Mrs Anna Smith is the PP Lead
We have high aspirations and ambitions for our children and we believe that no child should be left behind. We strongly believe that it is not about where you come from but your passion for learning, your self-motivation, and your dedication and commitment to learning that leads to lasting success.
Each year a PP Strategy Plan is developed by gathering information around any current barriers to learning faced by this particular group. From this, carefully devised targets are established and interventions are made available to challenge and diminish these barriers. Progress against these interventions are reported to the Local Governing Body (LGB) each term and an annual review of the strategy is published on this website.
The school encourages you to register for Pupil Premium funding as this provides the school with additional funding to support your child.
In addition to your child receiving free school meals we can provide:
- one school sweatshirt and book bag;
- one term of peripatetic lessons;
- free school visits;
- additional learning support and wider learning opportunities in school.
If you are wondering if you are eligible then click here.
Alternatively, feel free to pop into the main office and speak to a member of staff or ask to speak to Anna Smith; all applications are made in confidence.
Please read the information below which gives details of our Pupil Premium Grant, how we allocate the funding and the impact it has on pupil progress.
